We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services. This includes email addresses provided voluntarily for account creation or contact requests, and local application states stored in your web browser (local storage).
2. Use of Cookies & Local Storage
This application uses local storage and cookies to remember user interface preferences, active course progress, focus timer sessions, and credentials. These are kept entirely on your client machine and are not used for third-party tracking.
3. Data Protection
We employ secure database access protocols and encryption methods to store user details. We do not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
To support drafting course curriculum and articles, some content on this platform may be AI-assisted or generated. However, we strictly do not use AI models, machine learning, or automated algorithms to process, profile, or analyze user metrics or student activity logs.

1. Educational License
All materials, kits, code cheat sheets, and curriculum plans provided in the Resource Learning Hub are licensed for personal, educational use. Commercial redistribution, re-licensing, or selling of these assets without written permission is strictly prohibited.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use this sandbox platform and focus modules only for lawful, educational pursuits. You must not attempt to compromise the authentication systems, spam database APIs, or reverse-engineer dashboard components.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The site and its courses are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we make every effort to recommend high-quality, safe computer hardware and configuration rules, we are not liable for any issues arising from system modification.
Data Retention Policy
This policy outlines the duration and storage terms of user data collected within the Learners of Tomorrow ecosystem.
1. Retained Data Types
We retain session authentication details, profile fields (names, emails), content logs, and project drafts to allow users to save progress and collaborate on course materials.
2. Retention Periods
Active user accounts and content drafts are maintained indefinitely while active. Inactive profiles (accounts with no logins for 24 months) may be safely archived or deleted. Local browser state data remains indefinitely on the client until cleared by the user.
3. Data Deletion Rights
You have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your profile data. To delete your account or any personal logs, contact us through our connect form, and we will process the request within 14 business days.
